Sometimes doing the right thing, can be really hard. If you are a young person struggling with drugs, including alcohol, making different choices can mean giving up things you know for things you don’t. At the Youth Day Treatment Program, we can help you figure out how to have a different relationship with Alcohol and Drugs that puts you in the lead.
Working with young people aged 13-24, the team at the Day Program provides a safe and welcoming space to have conversations about managing stress, communicating effectively, understanding triggers, creating connections in community and expressing yourself in new ways – when is the last time you painted?
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW?
If you are a parent or support person to a young person, we look forward to helping you understand what a young person is going through and create space to support them more effectively.
The program is 7 weeks long – four days each week – and we are on-site five days a week to answer any questions you might have.
